Refund & Return Policy

Due to public health regulations, the return of medicines is restricted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Prescription medications
• Opened or used medicines
• Temperature-sensitive products
• Personal hygiene products

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

• An incorrect product was supplied
• The product is damaged upon delivery
• Product is expired at the time of sale

Requests must be made within 48 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
